Hiking in South-West Cornwall, 2020
For the first time since the new normal, we wanted to go for a hike, away from London town.
Starting from Penzance going through Marazion and St Michael’s Mount, Porthleven, Mullion cove, and lot of other coves with beautiful views.
Nice fishing villages, market towns, people doing surf or just jumping in the ocean for no apparent reasons. The last day would be chill, going back to the town we arrived at.
Penzance to Mousehole
The walk from Penzance to Mousehole was easy even with the weight of our packing bags. There we admired inside the village, and eaten a local ice cream on the harbour. A bus brought us back to Penzance.
Penzance to Breage via Marazion, St Michael’s Mount and Praa Sands.
With the view of St Michael’s Mount, on our back for most of the walk, this was our longest walk. When we arrived in the village of Praa Sands, we realised the whole place did not have any phone network that we could rely on to finish our walk of the day.
Portleven to Mullion.
Mullion Cove to Lizard Point
